Briquette machine Overview

 

Briquette machine is a kind of mechanical equipment to press powdery particles into ball like equipment. Particle powder is often difficult to form. It can be formed quickly and stably through a ball press, such as coke powder molding, pulverized coal molding, desulphurization gypsum molding, dry powder molding, metal slag forming and iron crumb molding. The use of ball pressing machine can not only reduce dust, facilitate reuse, but also control capacity and reduce transportation difficulty.

Working principle

 

Through quantitative feeding to ensure that the material can evenly enter the roller. Roll is the most important part of it. If the metal blocks enter the two pressure rollers or feed too much, they will cause overload of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod and stop the hydraulic pump. At this time, the accumulator can buffer the pressure change, the overflow valve will open automatically, and the distance between the two roller is increased by the change of the rod position of the piston. The hard material or too much material can pass the roll, the equipment is restored to normal work, and the safety of the roller is ensured.
