The function of the double shaft mixer is to evenly mix the materials. According to the different direction of material transportation, the two-axis mixer can be divided into two types, that is, counter-current and parallel-flow. When the counter-current two-axis mixer is running, the rotating direction of the screw mixer is the same, and the direction of the two spindles is opposite. The material can be stirred uniformly and for a long time. The rotating direction of the screw agitator and the main shaft is opposite when the parallel-flow double-shaft agitator is running, and the material can move forward in the same direction. The current dual shaft mixer is widely used.

Working principle

The dual axis mixer is characterized by continuous mixing, mixing and transportation of materials. First of all, turn on the motor power supply, the triangle belt through the rotation can promote the large pulley rotation, the clutch under control into the running state, drive the mixing shaft to do co-rotating. When rotating, the material is stirred from inside to outside in two weeks. The material flow is formed by the thrust of the stirring blade when rotating. The material enters the stirring tank is stirred, mixed, extruded and homogenized. Finally, the material enters the bearing belt through the leak box and enters the next equipment. The angle of the axis, the speed of the axis and the angle of the stirring blade play a major role in determining the residence time of the material in the stirred tank. When the shaft rotates fast and the angle of the stirring blade is large, the material can be stirred quickly and then leave the stirring tank. However, the stirring is not uniform. Conversely, a better mixing effect can be achieved. Therefore, the best mixing time must be determined according to the final use and the characteristics of the material after mixing.
 

Structure
