Working Principle

The concentrator is mainly composed of a circular concentrating tank and a squeegee scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentration tank settle under gravity, and the upper part becomes clear water, so that the solid liquid can be separated. The slime deposited on the bottom of the concentrating tank is continuously scraped by the squeegee scraper to the center discharge port of the bottom of the tank, while the clarified water overflows from the upper edge of the concentrating tank.
