Introduction of heat pump dryer
Heat pump dryer is a patented agricultural and sideline product heat pump drying equipment improved by Baixin machinery according to user practice. The whole set of equipment includes host, compressor, outdoor unit, pipeline, etc. Advanced air-jet enrichment technology is adopted to ensure that the unit maintains high energy efficiency and strong heating capacity under the low temperature working condition of – 10 ℃; The air outlet temperature is higher than 80 ℃, which thoroughly solves the problems of sharp decline of capacity and reliability of traditional heat pump dryer under low-temperature and harsh environmental conditions. Compared with the ordinary heat pump system, the heat pump with air-jet enrichment increases the system performance at low ambient temperature, improves the energy efficiency ratio by 20% and the drying capacity by 15%. The air-jet thickening compressor adopts two-stage split flow intermediate air-jet technology and uses economizer for heat exchange to improve the undercooling and realize the effect of thickening; At the same time, it has the characteristics of large compression ratio and high-pressure chamber. It operates in a wide temperature range from – 10 ℃ to 43 ℃, and its energy efficiency is more than 20% higher than that of traditional compressors.

1: Heat pump drying unit: mainly composed of compressor, refrigerant, evaporator, condenser (heat exchanger), connecting pipeline and control system.
